Vaccine coolers, using Vacuum Insulation Panels(vacuum insulation panel) as the core material, has the functions of preservation, cold insulation and warm keeping.
Long duration, over 96 hours of high efficiency insulation ensures the safety, effectiveness or shelf life of medicines vaccines and biological products in distribution and transportation.
Thermal packaging is designed for temperature sensitive products that require a specific temperature to be maintained during transportation. It comprises qualified thermal insulation boxes and frozen gel packs. Frozen and refrigerated goods were separately packed in insulted boxes with defined temperature.By using different temperature ranged PCMs(phase change materials) it is possible to achieve temperature controlling and loading along with room-temperature goods in the ordinary trucks for distribution. This not only ensures the quality of the frozen and refrigerated goods, but also makes efficient use of the delivery capacity and reduces delivery costs, it is more environmental friendly and energy efficient.Our insulated box offers you complete transport flexibility with the ability to transport both chilled and dry goods in the same truck, with the added benefit of safely maintaining multiple temperature zones. These mixed loads can then be transported in smaller, more direct trucks, saving money on specialized delivery routes.

VIP Box is composed of Vacuum insulation panel (VIP), which is composed of core material, getter and the aluminum film.
