The refrigerated packaging solutions in the BJS Polyurethane Foam Composite Vacuum Insulation Panels boxes are made of two high performance insulating materials: polyurethane and VIP (Vacuum Insulation Panels).
Polyurethane is the most efficient classic insulating material, its thermal conductivity is 25 mW/m. K.While VIP is known as the most advanced insulation materials with the thermal conductivity below 2.0 mW/m.K. The combination of these two thermal insulating materials keeps the temperature between +2℃/+8℃ perfectly stable for up to 96 hours with the help of PCMs. Known for their high strength and durability, they are offered in different specifications to the clients. Compare to other conventional insulated boxes like PU,EPP and EPS, our box can significantly reduce the transport volume and the amount of PCMs, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs.
This thermal packaging box for cold chain logistics, is combined of vacuum insulation panels and polyurethane, with different temperature ranged PCMs, it is a superexcellent transport container and insulation packaging. As a matter of fact VIPs are increasingly accepted in a variety of domestic and industrial applications such as shipping containers and insulated transportation.

Structure
VIP Box is composed of Vacuum insulation panel (VIP), which is composed of core material, getter and the aluminum film.

Non-fragile at cold temperatures.Plus,black surface is endothermic which can be helpful to warm keeping in winter.
